Citizens Direct was founded in May 2008 during a time when many other mortgage companies were radically down-sizing or even closing. We saw the need to assist homeowners when no one else seemed interested in helping. This usual lending environment and the obvious need from customers to get help was the inspiration for our name, Citizens Direct.

 

Citizens Direct has filled the void left by other companies and is enjoying success and a loyal group of customers to build a customer oriented business. We believe that as long as our focus is on the customer we will continue to best serve the consumers needs and be successful even when other are closing their doors.

 

While others pride themselves in their technology, auto attendant telephone systems and other system to keep the customer at arms length we believe we have a different focus. Our desire is to develop a relationship with every customer and assist each of them in dealing with their needs in these chaotic times. We pledge that your calls will always be answered and handled by a living breathing human being. You will never have to “press 1” to find out the status of your loan.
